Who am I?

I'm Harry. Back in 2020, I started in the warehouse at a multimillion-pound manufacturing business. Five years later, I was Sales & Marketing Director, leading sales, marketing and customer service teams.

Very quickly I saw that busy isn't the same as productive. The same emails, written again and again. Reports built by hand. Research that took days. It adds up fast.

I remember the first automation I built. Every week, I spent about 2 hours pulling numbers out of a clunky system, formatting them, writing the summary and sending it round the team. Once it was automated, that took as little as 15 minutes. Most of the work was done for me, and I just checked it at the end. I was hooked.

Since 2025, I've been helping founders do the same. I've built end-to-end lead management systems, onboarding automations, new websites with class booking systems, and much more.

Before all this, I was a master mariner. I spent 10 years in the Merchant Navy, from deck cadet to master mariner, navigating ships carrying up to 5,000 people all over the world. Checklists, processes, emergency drills, optimisation and efficiency were part of everything on board, and I still carry that mentality with me today.

I'd rather tell you no than sell you something you don't need.

I don't take on everyone. Not everything needs automating, and not everything needs AI. Sometimes what you need is a bit of clarity, or a better way to use the tools you already have. If that's you, I'll tell you, even if it means no work for me.

If you do work with me, two promises protect your money:

  1. The plan promise.After your Kickoff, I share your Blueprint. You have 48 hours to say yes. If you don't love it, I refund everything you paid, and you and I part on good terms.
  2. The finish promise.Your 30 days start the day you say yes. If what the Blueprint promised isn't live by Day 30, I keep working at no extra cost until it is. If it's still not live by Day 60 because of me, I refund half of your fee, and you keep what I built.

Do I need to be techy?

No. I explain everything in plain English, as much or as little as you want.

Is my data safe?

You get the Data-Safety Pack. If your data isn't in good shape, I tell you that first, before I build anything.

What if my team won't use it?

The person who does the task joins the Kickoff, so the new way fits how they really work. Then I give them short videos and simple steps.

Is the free session a sales call?

No. It's 30 minutes. You leave with a decision and a one-page brief, even if you never work with me.

What does it cost?

It's a fixed fee, not an hourly rate. You can pay in two parts or in full. I tell you the exact price in the free session, before you decide.

Which tools do you use?

Whichever suit your business. If you already use ChatGPT, I build around it. I won't push you to switch to the latest trend. If you're starting from scratch, I give you my best advice and explain why.

Will I really save 10 hours a week?

10 hours is my target, not a guarantee, because I can't know your number until the Kickoff. For some people it's 8, for some it's 12. Your Blueprint shows your own number before you say yes, and if it's not enough, you can walk away with a full refund.

At the Kickoff, I time the task as it's done today. Once each part is live, your Tracker logs each time the new process runs and multiplies it by the time saved, so you can see your hours coming back. Where nothing can log it automatically, you give me a quick count at your check-ins, and the Tracker marks those lines as self-reported.

What happens after 30 days?

You own it. Everything I build for you is yours, and you get your training materials plus a session with you and your team. I never leave anyone on their own with a brand-new system, so you choose what happens next.

The Guardian Plan. Ongoing care for a monthly fee: monitoring, fixes, updates when your tools or AI models change, an hour of tweaks each month, a monthly look at your Tracker, and a reply within one working day.

Go solo. For 30 days after launch, I fix anything I built that stops working as planned, at no extra cost, and reply within two working days. You can join the Guardian Plan later.
